Description of requirement

IGF::OT::IGF PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 13.303, BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAS), ADR VANTAGE INC., HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "CONTRACTOR", AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BPA WITH THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES AND RECORDS ADMINISTRATION (NARA). ALL ORDERS PLACED AGAINST THIS BPA ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ATTACHED BPA. THE CONTRACTOR'S QUOTATION DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 2014, A COPY OF WHICH IS HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS IF SET FORTH IN FULL TEXT INTO THE BPA AGREEMENT AND WILL BE UTILIZED FOR DETERMINING PRICE/COST FOR REQUIRED SERVICES. ORDERS ISSUED AGAINST THIS BPA WILL BE FIXED PRICED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED BPA PRICING. ORDERING PERIOD: 9/29/2014 THROUGH 9/28/2019 IF ALL OPTIONS ARE EXERCISED. THE BPA DOES NOT OBLIGATE ANY FUNDS.
