Description of requirement

PROVISIONING, PRODUCTION, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF AN ESTIMATED 25,725 MEGAWATT HOURS OF ELECTRICITY ANNUALLY FROM THE CONTRACTOR'S ON-SITE SOLAR RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM TO THE FORT DETRICK POINT OF CONNECTION.
