The Following is a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for:  

 

SLIPRING REPAIRS SERVICES

 

All material shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and material shall be packed for shipment using Military Packaging in accordance MIL-STD-2073-1E.  

 

All supplies shall be delivered to the address below unless otherwise authorized by a Contracting Officer:

Services shall be rendered at the location stated for each line on the document.  

 

Joshua Jacques has been designated as the POC under this award for any inquiries regarding the requirement. Joshua Jacques is NOT a warranted Contracting Officer. Any discussions of contractual requirements do not constitute contractual direction or authorization of any kind. Any changes to the contract terms and conditions must ONLY come from the cognizant Coast Guard warranted Contracting Officer.
