2. Site Visit
Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the project site to familiarize themselves with local conditions that may affect the performance of the work. Contractors shall be responsible for investigating and satisfying themselves as to the conditions affecting the work, including but not limited to access, terrain, weather conditions, and other conditions which may impact the cost or performance of the work.
Failure to visit the site will not relieve the contractor from responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty and cost of successfully performing the work.
3. Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete all work required under this contract within 390 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), unless otherwise specified in the contract.
The contractor shall provide a proposed schedule within 10 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed outlining the anticipated sequence and duration of work activities.
