Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Management Directorate, Office of the Chief Security Officer, Program Executive Office for UAS and cUAS, is conducting market research for the DHS Drone Development Program. DHS seeks information regarding recoverable, reusable, lightweight, rapidly deployable small unmanned aircraft systems capable of supporting authorized DHS frontline operational awareness, surveillance, search and rescue, incident response, perimeter security, disaster assessment, maritime/littoral awareness, and law enforcement support missions. DHS is interested in complete small multirotor system kits with rapid deployment, operational video or imagery payloads, secure command-and-control and data links, domestic sourcing, NDAA compliance, Blue UAS/Green UAS or equivalent cybersecurity and supply chain maturity, and scalable production capacity. This Request for Information is for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are voluntary, and the Government will not pay for response preparation or submission.
