GRISWOLD INDUSTRIES DBA CLA-VAL CO (86184), COSTA MESA CA, has been awarded a maximum $14,880,680.50 firm-fixed-price contract for code and part number items of DoD managed valve products. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1 (formerly FAR 6.302-1). This is a three-year contract with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. The performance completion date is May 19, 2029.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7MX-25-R-0071).
