1. Attachment B08 Amendment 2 KrS26 -Catering PWS changed 1.3.2 for Reference at Part 5 on Meals, Services, Occasions, and materials
2. Attachment B08 Amendment 2 KrS26 -Catering PWS Added paragraph 5.2.1.1 which the contractor shall provide menus and meals for each task order
3. Attachment B08 Amendment 2 KrS26 -Catering added (5.4) (5.4.1) & (5.4.2) which adds standard serving size/portions, Military diet tables, and Menu Standard.

Please see bellow for the following for changes:

1. Attachment B08 Amendment KrS26 -Catering PWS in paragraph 1 will be a purchase order and not an IDIQ
2. Attachment B08 Amendment KrS26 -Catering PWS includes the exact Place of performance on 1.5.6, it will be located at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia
3. Attachment B08 Amendment KrS26 -Catering PWS includes the meal hours on technical exhibit D. The hours are Breakfast 0600-0900, Lunch 1130-1300, and Dinner 1630-1800

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Catering Services in support of exercise Keris Strike 2026 (KrS2026)

The Period of Performance is 10-29 July 2026

Ensure to follow the Offer Submission Requirements in the RFQ. 

Deadline:

Questions will be due in writing (email) by 1300 (HST) on 28 MAY 2026.

This solicitation will close at 1300 (HST) on 29 MAY 2026 any quotes submitted after this date will not be considered by the Contracting Office.

Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties.

This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
