VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for non-personnel services contract to provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration and parts and materials (including lubricants) to provide repairs to all housekeeping equipment and provide a scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and testing located at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.
