The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of the Puget Sound VA Healthcare System, is performing market research to compile data regarding: (1) The availability and capability of qualified small business concerns; (2) Identify if there are sufficient number of qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business, or Small Disadvantaged Business, Small Business concerns relative to the subject North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is seeking sources that can provide on-site, full service maintenance and repair services for VA-owned Abbott WorkMate Claris and EnSite X EP Systems at the Seattle VA Medical Center. The Scope of this contract includes all parts and services to properly provide preventative maintenance and on-site repairs to ensure that all units are fully operational according to manufacturer specifications prior to departure. The Contractor shall provide all necessary travel, labor, materials, tools, documentation, and parts required for the inspection, support, and repair of the equipment, software, and accessories listed in the Schedule of Equipment.
