Solicitation CULT Commercial Trailers

The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center has a requirement to support the 6966th Transportation Truck Terminal (TTT) in providing Common User Land Transportation (CULT) within the European theater.

Requirement Summary:

The Government intends to procure fourteen (14) standard European-specification commercial trailers with factory-standard ADR EX II/EX III compliance (Hazardous Materials/Munitions transport certification) under a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The trailer types are:

CLIN 0001: Flatbed Trailers (Qty: 4)

CLIN 0002: Rollerized Box Trailers (Qty: 4)

CLIN 0003: Curtainsider Trailers (Qty: 4)

CLIN 0004: Lowbed Trailers, Type 2 (Qty: 1)

CLIN 0005: Lowbed Trailers, Type 3 (Qty: 1)

Please additionally review Amendment P00001, which adds an updated Purchase Description, a Questions and Answers Sheet and extends the solicitation due date to 8 September 2026, 5:00 CEST, and Amendment P00002, which adds an updated Questions and Answers Sheet. Ensure this amendment is acknowledged and signed when submitting a quote and include the signed copy with submission to guarantee compliance with the updated requirements.
