Crane Lake Dam Rehabilitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12445526Q0047 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for improvements to Crane Lake Dam.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990  The small business size standard is $45M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

Questions shall be submitted via email to christopher.malley@usda.gov and are due no later than May 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.

It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure delivery of all required documents by the date and time set for receipt of quotes. Amendment 0001 is added to incorporate changes and updated solicitation attachments, and extend the quote due date.
