Amendment 0001 – This amendment is to post the Q&A responses and allow for quotation adjustments. The due date for quotes remains as it was updated below. The attachments 1 and 2 were updated to reflect the correct RFQ reference number as the original document titles contained a typo in the numbers. Nothing in either attachment has changed since the original was posted, only the file names were updated to correct the typo:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1174579 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Supply and Install Emergency Power Transfer Switch and Controls at the USDA-ARS 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, Mississippi 38776 as listed in the statement of work.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210  The small business size standard is $19 million  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
