ARS Tifton Hazardous Waste Removal

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), is soliciting quotes for hazardous waste removal and disposal services. The requirement includes proper lab packing, profiling, manifesting, stabilization, removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Solicitation No.127EAU26Q0077 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 562112.  The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2026 through December 30, 2026.

Offers are due no later than September 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Offerors shall submit their quote electronically to veronica.beck@usda.gov. Pricing shall be submitted using the Schedule of Items spreadsheet provided with the solicitation. 

Offerors are responsible for reviewing the solicitation, Performance Work Statement, provisions and clauses, Schedule of Items, and all other attachments prior to submitting a quote. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as required by the solicitation.
