BRIEF DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVOLUTIONARY FAR OVERHAUL (RFO) IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.202, “STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES” AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. SET-ASIDE STATUS: This RFQ is set-aside 100% for Small Business Responses. Ensure that you fill out B.1 with your name, address, SAM UEI #, contact information and sign the SF1449 at the bottom. Read the document in its entirety including any and all attachments. Complete the price/cost schedule within the document or provide a quote for all line items listed in that section. STE108 is a compliance assessment tool VHA Directive 1116 is the policy it measures against. Attachments have been included. SITE VISIT: There will be no site visit for this RFQ and/or acquisition.
