Description
The Government is cancelling this Solicitation. The reasoning is (1) Budgetary and (2) system re-alignment. Although the required funds are expected to be available in the near term, the overarching system structure has changed since the requirement was initially solicited. Changing the procurement method and the type of system now required is problematic for the Government and Industry. To ensure that the Government receives the required products and services and to ensure that Industry has a fair opportunity to offer their products/services to meet the requirement, the decision has been made to cancel the requirement.
If the requirement remains valid, and once the new requirement is fully developed, a new Solicitation may be issued. Recommend interested Vendors monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry (SAM.gov) for future Notices.
