Under this notice, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of “COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKSHOP GREAT LAKES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – TIER II.” COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
