Change order prevention is at the root of our quality control philosophy. As experts in change order prevention, Development One delivers an annual seminar on the subject. The course aims to inform design professionals of contractors’ techniques for generating change order claims, and offers strategies to successfully avoid them. All of our consultants are required to attend the seminar, and clients often attend as well.
